Job summary

IU Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the statewide Urology Triage Pod, delivering exceptional telephone triage and clinical support to patients across Indiana.

The role supports both new and established patients with careful clinical judgment, education, and timely connections to the right care team. Training may be remote with clinic insights for specialty workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Indiana and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory or equivalent nursing experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephone triage and clinical assessment for urology patients across the state.
• Provide patient education and coordinate timely connection to the appropriate care team.
• Support new and established patients with instruction and care navigation.
• Adhere to evidence-based triage protocols and maintain thorough documentation.
