Job summary

ConvenientMD in New England is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing urgent care team in New Hampshire. You will provide high-quality patient care, perform triage, blood draws, airway support, ECGs, CPR, and immunization administration, while coordinating with clinicians and supporting training.

This full-time position requires 12-hour shifts, flexibility for nights and weekends, and travel to nearby ConvenientMD locations within a one-hour radius.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN.
• State RN license required.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience: 1–2 years in triage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient triage and vital signs documentation.
• Assist with exams and testing, support providers during procedures.
• Administer immunizations and medications per protocol.
• Process prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Communicate test results and care plans to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team for coordinated patient care.
