American Senior Communities is seeking a Unit Manager - RN for the Hillcrest Village location, with Monday through Friday shifts. The role oversees nursing care on the assigned unit and leads licensed nurses under compliance with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program and holds or can obtain Indiana RN or LPN licensure, demonstrating CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
