Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate registered nurse in a skilled nursing facility to assess residents, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise staff to ensure the highest quality of nursing services.

Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active RN license in the state you work.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Must communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work with supervisors and staff to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
