Diversicare is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the care team at our Birmingham, AL center. In this role you will supervise nursing staff, ensure resident needs are met, and drive high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
