Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical oversight for nursing staff on the unit.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and assess resident needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; conduct evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
