Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking an RN Unit Manager to supervise a nursing unit and oversee CNAs and staff to ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires an active RN license, 1–3 years of related experience with supervisory insight, and current CPR certification.

Position is on-site in a 65-bed Georgetown facility with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities in a family-based healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Support and supervise CNAs and other staff in nursing care delivery.
• Ensure resident needs are met and care quality is maintained.
