Qualifications

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members and coordinating services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the care team and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure patient/resident needs are met and coordinate nursing services to deliver compassionate, professional care.
