Job summary

The Meadows Psychiatric Center, a 119-bed inpatient behavioral health facility near State College, seeks a Nurse Manager to supervise all nursing departments and ensure delivery of quality care 24/7.

This full-time role combines administrative management, staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews with direct patient care when needed; you will collaborate with physicians and other managers to drive improvements in safety, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current PA Registered Nurse license.
• Three years nursing management experience required, five years preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the facility Nursing Departments and ensure delivery of quality care to all patients.
• Provide administrative management, ongoing staff training and supervision, evaluation of nursing staff and scheduling.
• Perform daily patient chart/medical record audits and participate in cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives.
