Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing services across licensed units under the Director of Nursing. You will plan, organize, staff, and direct a broad program of nursing services in a 100% employee-owned environment, focusing on compassionate care and resident well-being.

Bring at least three years in long-term care, an active RN license, and the ability to administer medications with IV certification.

Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience in long-term care, with a management role.
• Current RN License and ability to administer medications with IV certification.
• Solid knowledge of state rules/regulations and patient-focused care.
• Passion for caring for residents; reliable, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct nursing services across licensed units under the DON.
• Assess and provide direct care per residents' care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as needed.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants' performance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, most of which should be in a management role
• Current RN License
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
• Passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance and reliability
