Complete Care at Hillside in Wilmington, DE is hiring an RN Unit Manager for a full-time day shift with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and full benefits. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: develop and update individual care plans and supplement hands-on care.
• Assessments: complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
• Triage and interventions: handle acute health changes and follow physician orders.
• Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control and compliance.
• Family and team liaison: communicate changes to families and providers.
• Team oversight and mentorship: provide training, orientation and schedule staffing.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs
• Assessments: Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed
• Triage & Interventions: Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families
• Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations
• Quality Assurance: Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff. Manage staffing schedules and assignments
