Job summary

Skilled Nursing of Minoa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Minoa, NY. The role involves supervising the assigned unit, implementing staff policies, and mentoring less experienced nurses to maintain high standards of care.

You will review Resident records and overall care, addressing questions from Residents and families. The position requires a valid State RN License, with 3 years in Long Term Care and 2 years as a Charge Nurse preferred, plus strong computer and communication

Qualifications

• Must hold valid State RN License.
• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
