Job summary

Advocate Health’s AMG division in Green Bay, WI, seeks an enthusiastic RN to join a collaborative Family Medicine team. The role offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a 36-hour week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate nursing processes, and support high-quality outcomes in a busy clinic. Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing program, active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Deliver evidence-based practice and compassionate, clear communication in collaboration with the care team.
