Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Substance Use Disorder clinic as part of a new program. You will triage patient needs, educate patients and family, and obtain vitals during in-person visits.

This small, close-knit team offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, onboarding, and opportunities for growth as a dedicated RN in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient needs and assess severity using triage protocols.
• Provide patient and family education and guidance.
• Obtain and document vitals during in-person visits.
• Collaborate with providers to direct patients to appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to department competencies.
