• Provide care to patients in all phases of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients move through the continuum of care.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, provide patient education, triage, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Operate within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in state nursing practice acts and administrative rules.

• Maintain required departmental competencies and certifications.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location where the position will be performed.
