Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch NICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts in a high-acuity environment. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires CO RN licensure or eNLC privileges, 1 year of RN experience, and NRP/BLS certifications. Travel packages and 13-week assignment options are available for eligible travelers.

Qualifications

  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
  • 1 year RN experience required.
  • NRP certification required.
  • BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in NICU and Women's Care units.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Precept and mentor new staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and evidence-based practice at the point of care.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

LOCAL RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles

13 week assignments available

Minimum Requirements:
  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges
  • 1-year experience
  • NRP
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
