Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, quality clinical care across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. You will serve as a Team Leader to patient care staff and ensure care standards are met on every shift.

The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with focus on medication administration, care planning, and thorough documentation. Travel reimbursements, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are administered correctly, with documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in line with Health Campus policies.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing if conditions change.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Travel Registered Nurse (RN) role supports short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, requiring adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family and community.
• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident's condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
