Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience is not required, but two years of experience is preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with constant alertness.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
