Northridge Hospital Medical Center, part of Dignity Health, is hiring an RN Transition Fellow to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages and coordinate care with the health team. You will perform assessments, administer medications, document care, and educate patients while upholding hospital policies and patient rights.

The role emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, and ongoing skill development within a supportive team environment in an acute care setting.

Qualificações

• Associates of Science Nursing and 0–12 months of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license for CA at hire.
• BLS/ACLS; PALS; TNCC within 6 months; CPI within 6 months; ENPC within 6 months with 8 hours pediatric ed annually.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to established hospital policies and safety standards.
• Coordinates patient care by planning and evaluating the care.
• Maintains professional relationships and confidentiality among staff and patients.
• Demonstrates nursing judgment and applies the nursing process.
• Provides leadership by prioritizing and coordinating nursing care.
