Job summary

Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process within state and professional standards. The RN will work under the Patient Care Manager and participate in the Nurse Residency program for new graduates.

Requirements include a Mississippi RN license and BCLS certification; the role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines. Relocation assistance and unit-based training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi.
• BCLS certification required upon hire and/or transfer.
• Certifications per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) may be required depending on specialty.
• 1 year inpatient clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program for new graduates.
• Adhere to standards and guidelines outlined by ANA, MS Nurse Practice Act, and SRHS policies.
