Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on the Acute G5 department. This full-time role offers 36 weekly hours and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, working nights in the United States of America.

You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care, and collaborate with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Ohio RN licensure and CPR are required, with unit-specific certifications as needed.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica's world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve. As the coordinator of a patient's plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families, and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. As a ProMedica RN, you will work to improve patient care, your work environment and patient and staff satisfaction. Requirements

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
