Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 5South Medical/Telemetry Oncology unit. This contract position offers a 13-week minimum, with potential extension, at a rate of $65.00 per hour and no benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of inpatient hospital experience, Medical-Surgical RN experience, and familiarity with Head & Neck Cancers, GU cancers, and post-op care. Florida licensure by endorsement and BCLS certification are required.

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate the care of cancer patients and families.
• Identifies, documents, and provides patient education based on the learning needs of the patient.
• Participates in evidence-based improvement activities related to area of practice.

This position will pay $65.00 per hour with no benefits.We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse for our 5South unit. This 22 bed Medical/telemetry oncology unit provides a dynamic working environment that cares medical patients requiring telemetry.
