Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN for the Telemetry Unit on the night shift. You’ll care for adult to geriatric patients with telemetry needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on a 31-bed unit.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, care plan implementation, monitoring patient status, and discharge planning, while upholding safety and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families with materials considering cultural issues.
