Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg 1A, 3A & Telemetry 2A. This day-shift role (6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.) utilizes the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

New RN graduates or RNs in good standing with Arkansas licensure are welcome. BSN preferred. CPR is required; some units may require ACLS/PALS/NALS training.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing.
• Licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS and/or PALS/NALS training may be required for some units.
• Specialty units provide specialty education.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking.
• Adhere to department policies and organizational requirements for unified workflow.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
