Job Requirements

What We\'re Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!):

• Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
• Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience: While new grads are welcome, we\'re especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
• Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
