Ochsner Health System is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead patient care teams using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. You will delegate, supervise licensed and ancillary staff, and ensure quality outcomes while respecting patient diversity.

The role emphasizes adherence to professional responsibilities, ongoing improvement of unit goals, and alignment with the health system's standards of nursing practice and compliance programs.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in clinical specialty area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients/families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
