Springhill Hospitals Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Registered Nurse for the WOW Program (Work on Weekends) in the Night Shift on a telemetry unit. You will provide skilled nursing care with cardiac monitoring, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practice.

The role offers $45/hour plus a $4 night shift differential, along with benefits such as PTO, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You will be scheduled Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous acute care or telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a telemetry environment.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and patient conditions.
• Perform assessments and communicate findings to the care team.
