Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an RN Telemetry Nurse for a full-time day shift with a $10k sign-on bonus. The role involves planning, directing, and delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process, with typical hours 6:45am to 7:15pm.

Requirements include an active California RN license, BLS and ACLS, Basic EKG knowledge, and willingness to obtain ARC within 30 days of hire. Telemetry/acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARC ( Assault Response Competency ) within 30 days of hire.

Position Summary:

• Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.
• Graduate of an RN Training Program
• Completion of Basic EKG course

Preferred Education:

• Completion of a Critical Care course preferred.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum one year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Two years experience in a critical care or telemetry setting preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:

• BLS card (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA)
