Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department, including those admitted and boarding in ED.
• May float to other units per CBA and staffing needs while maintaining patient safety.
• Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports the Emergency Department and is primarily focused on the care of admitted patients boarding in the ED. The position may also include floating, in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
