Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse to join the Telemetry Resource Team on the night shift. You will deliver safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and the training provided by Baptist Health.

The role requires clinical competence and critical thinking, with licensure in Arkansas. BSN is preferred; CPR is required and ACLS/PALS/NALS training can be provided. The job operates on a 72-hour biweekly schedule, with night hours from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

Summary

Other Information

A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred. Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education. This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
