Job Description:

Join a travel contract as a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg and Telemetry, working night shifts in Greer, South Carolina. In this role, you’ll staff a fast-paced Med/Surg/Tele environment while supporting continuous monitoring needs through focused, detail-driven work during your 12-hour overnight schedule.

Your assignment is designed around reliable overnight coverage: three 12-hour shifts each week (19:00–07:00). You’ll also need to be available for either additional on‑call shifts or extra shifts on a rotating basis, as outlined for the contract term.

To make your first day count, you must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication testing on day one. Fit testing may be required onsite, and shaving may be necessary to pass if required for compliance. If accepted, pending licenses are allowed with the requirement that your license must be in place before the start of duties.
