Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment to plan care.
• Develops and revises the plan of care and nursing actions.
• Documents patient progress and responds to changes in condition.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge management.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care as needed.
