Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse in Telemetry for Brick, NJ. The RN will evaluate patients and assist physicians, plan, implement, and document nursing care, and manage care for up to 6 patients with an emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include initiating assessments, documenting care, advocating for best practices, performing evaluations, and coordinating care across the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Formación

• Three years of telemetry or stroke care nursing experience.
• Telemetry certification
• NIH Stroke certification

Schedule / Shift

This position is a 36-hour work week, with shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. Weekend and holiday requirements may apply as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The RN plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs, ensuring individualized care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The position includes performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing the care of up to 6 patients, with a strong emphasis on patient-centric care aligned with evidence-based practices.
