Phoebe Putney Health System in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced nurse leader to coordinate the efforts of assigned staff, supervise clinical care, and direct patient flow. This role serves on the management and nursing team and provides leadership in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinating bed management, guiding CQI activities, and safeguarding patient safety.

Competenze

• 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Department Specific Certifications may be required.
• Behavioral Health Employees: Crisis Response Training required within 2 months of hire (Required)

• Clinical staff supervision: provides direct supervision to staff in providing patient care and coordinates staffing to meet patient needs.
• Non-clinical staff supervision: coordinates and manages non-clinical department activities and communicates information to staff.

• RN - Quality: participates in quality improvement activities and utilizes evidence-based practice.
