Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years.
• Registered Nurse License (California).
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Lead and provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Document accurately and timely; communicate with physicians and care team.
• Ensure patient safety, discharge planning, and family education.
• Mentor and collaborate with healthcare team; maintain compliance with policies.
