Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in delivering patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches appropriately for diverse patient groups.
• Delegates and manages nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate outcomes and promote change for optimal results.
