Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in Naperville. The position is full-time with shifts 11a–11p on weekdays and on-call requirements including days, nights and holidays.

You will assess patient conditions, plan appropriate care, and document progress while collaborating with the care team. Applicants should hold an Illinois RN license, have an associate degree or higher in nursing (BSN within 5 years), and maintain CPR/BLS certification.

• Current State of Illinois RN licensure
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients? condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients? progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. What you will need:

• Education:
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)

• License/Certification:
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
  • Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
