Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery unit. This on-site, full-time role features day shifts and a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

The nurse will provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Required are an ADN/BSN-equivalent, Ohio RN license by hire, and BLS/ACLS within 90 days; PALS and NRP within the specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN license required by time of hire.
• BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days for ED/PACU/Infusion.
• NRP within 90 days for OB.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Educate patients and families from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with health care providers to optimize outcomes.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
