Job summary

The Wesley Community is looking for an RN Supervisor to join our weekend track team in Saratoga Springs, NY. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, ensure DOH compliance, and support admissions while coordinating care with the Director of Nursing.

The role requires strong clinical assessment skills, SBAR communication with providers, and readiness to manage staffing and medication cart assignments on a weekend schedule. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing; preferred 2-5 years in long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of CNAs and LPNs.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to ensure DOH compliance and company policies.
• Provide SBAR communication to providers and perform clinical assessments.
• Manage staffing of CNAs, LPNs, and callouts; handle admissions.
• Support wound care and IV care as needed; wound vacs.
• Complete resident and staff incident/accident reports and communicate with families.

• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with preferred 2-5 years' experience in Long term care
• Prior Supervisory or Nursing management experience preferred
