Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network’s Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, PA, is hiring an RN Supervisor for skilled nursing. The role supervises clinical and administrative needs across nursing neighborhoods, coordinates care, and ensures quality resident outcomes in a premier senior-living community.

Starting pay is $38.34–$42.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time, part-time, and casual shifts available; days, evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing.
• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
• Should know Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and is accountable for the activities of the nursing neighborhood(s).
• Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
• Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care.
