Applicants should hold PA RN licensure, CPR certification, and have supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, with proficiency in standard healthcare software. Starting pay ranges from $38.34–$42.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing.
• One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one year of RN experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months of internal experience in a licensed role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide quality care to residents for an entire shift.
• Supervise and oversee the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility.
• Assume responsibility for healthcare delivery during shifts.
