LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our clinical team across day, evening or night shifts. This role offers Full Time or Part Time options with pay up to $45/hour plus shift differentials.

As RN Supervisor you will monitor quality of resident care, ensure safety, direct staff performance, and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with our nonprofit mission.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with active PA licensure.
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing.
• Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
