Job summary

Rosemont Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Night RN Supervisor to join our team in Bryn Mawr, PA. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, completing assessments, and guiding families in meeting nursing needs. Active PA RN license and at least two years of experience are required.

• Minimum two years of nursing experience

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:

• Administrating treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:

• Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA
• Minimum two years of experience is required
