Job summary

Advocate Health is recruiting an RN Supervisor for Pediatric Primary Care and Pediatric Specialty Ambulatory Float Pool. This fully remote, full-time role supports rotating schedules across a broad ambulatory network centered in the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, operational oversight, and program development for staff and services. BSN is required with a BSN program enrollment within one year if not already obtained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state.
• BSN required.
• RN candidates hired externally or promoted internally who do not yet have a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within one year of the hire/transfer date and complete the program within three years of enrollment.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous management experience.
• BLS certification required in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Appropriate professional certification, either clinical or leadership, must be obtained within one year of becoming eligible to take the applicable certification exam.

What You Will Do

• Selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
