Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Catonsville, MD seeks an RN Supervisor for a part-time role overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to staff. The position supports safe, high-quality resident care with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

Formación

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or needs.
• Assist in prioritizing care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
