Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers in California's Central Valley seeks a senior nursing leader to oversee the Level of Care (LOC) enrollment process. You will supervise LOC nursing staff, conduct audits, ensure DHCS compliance, and lead quality improvements for participant-centered care.

This role supports the Interdisciplinary Team, coordinates LOC meetings, and provides clinical leadership across Merced, Modesto, and Stockton PACE Centers. Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license and current BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum three years as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home/community health.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to train, lead and supervise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational oversight of LOC enrollment processes.
• Supervises LOC nursing staff; coaches, mentors and evaluates performance.
• Coordinates daily department operations and LOC meetings with the IDT.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DHCS LOC requirements and audits.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and monitors related metrics.
• Serves as clinical resource for complex assessment questions.
