Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Carthage, NY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 11pm-7am shift. This full-time role oversees nursing staff and resident care in our 90-bed facility.

Premium health coverage is provided. We also offer Daily Pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations.
• Ensure resident confidence by safeguarding confidential information.
• Manage documentation of resident care services.
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
