Qualifications

• RN licensure that is current and valid.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Management/Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in delivering patient care per physician orders.
• Evaluate staffing patterns to meet resident needs with Nursing leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement doctor orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff.
• Organize duties, assignments, and time allotments.
• Monitor infection control compliance and safety.
• Document incidents and accidents and take appropriate action.
