Job summary

Sapphire Center for Rehabilitation in Queens, NY seeks a full-time RN Supervisor to oversee daily clinical activities of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. The supervisor interprets patient information, makes urgent decisions, administers meds and wound care, and guides personalized interventions.

Requirements include NYS RN license, current BLS, and supervising experience; strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered after successful probation.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• 3 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes admissions assessments and reassessments on all patients.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing staff, housekeeping, and security.
• Coordinate with medical support staff to ensure resident needs are met.
• Greet admitted patients and prepare them for physical examinations and treatment.
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
