Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Robbinsdale, MN area. You will supervise nursing home staff, manage resident care and coordinate resources across shifts to ensure quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active RN license, and BLS. Leadership experience is preferred; opportunities exist for advancement and education support within a large nonprofit senior care system.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society locations, leadership may consider educational plans to achieve a BSN within five years.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing practice act and standards; management techniques.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; BLS required.

Mansioni

• Supervises nursing home staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record-keeping.
• Assigns residents to available nursing staff considering condition and skills.
• Monitors care areas for cleanliness and readiness; may fill in for gaps.
• May serve as point of contact for training and troubleshooting for staff.
• Ensures nursing process is followed (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborates with providers to plan, implement and evaluate care; coordinates with families and home health services.
